Jarvis honoured with ITA award

Trombonist Carol Jarvis has been honoured by the International Trombone Association, winning the organisation’s 2022 award.

The renowned performer is in-demand as a session musician in the UK and enjoys a glittering career as a multi-award–winning trombonist, keyboard player, arranger, orchestrator and voiceover artist.

Carol has toured and recorded extensively with the likes of Sting, Queen, Seal, Rod Stewart, Amy Winehouse, Bon Jovi, Ellie Goulding and appeared on many television programmes with stars such as Muse, Harry Connick Jr, Michael Bublé and Taylor Swift.

The ITA Award recognises the highest level of creative and artistic output in areas such as performance, composition, arranging, teaching, conducting and research.
