Dutch Open details announced

The Dutch Open Brass Band Championships (DOBC) is an international contest which gives brass bands from the Championship Section, 1st Section and 2nd Section the opportunity to compete in a contest in summertime. The contest takes place in the beautiful De Lawei venue where the bands will try to impress the international adjudication team with their entertainment programmes, which will include a major own-choice test-piece.


There are three prizes on offer in every section - one for the best performance of the overall programme, one for the most innovative programme and one for the best soloist within a section.

 
The fourth instalment of the Dutch Open will be held on Saturday 8 June 2019. Applications are now being accepted at www.dobc.eu
