Sandbach Town Council honours Foden's Band

Thursday 23 March, 2017

Foden’s Band has received some well-earned recognition from its local council with the erection of village entry signs in the Sandbach area.

Sandbach Town Council has announced that new town and village entry signs are now in place to identify the individual villages of Elworth, Ettiley Heath, Sandbach Heath and Wheelock. The entry signs also recognise the role and importance of Foden's Band in Sandbach.

Foden’s Band Chairman John Barber commented: “Foden’s Band is delighted to be associated with this project and for the on-going support of Sandbach Town Council. All at Foden’s are extremely proud of our historic association with Sandbach spanning over 117 years.”
