Switzerland takes first scalp on 'Euro' weekend

Bertrand Moren of Switzerland wins the European Composers' Competition in Ostend.

Bertrand Moren from Switzerland won the European Composers' Competition in Ostend's Kursaal on Thursday evening, the second time he has lifted the title having been the first winner in 1998.
